Companies that are well aware of this misconception will head this problem off by offering bonus incentives for achieving certain levels which require you to be balanced on both sides before you can cash in.

In the end you are doing yourself the biggest favour since you will be building self-sustaining leaders that will do the same with their recruits and all will contribute to your bottom line and allow you the freedom you want for life’s better things.
