Training Plan In Action
Your main operating system (MOS), the one upon which all of your training depends upon can be explained simply:
Expose: teach your associates the true meaning of network marketing if they don’t already understand the concept
Involve: help them get started and get a commitment
Upgrade: encourage them to go for the gold (upgrading will happen as a natural process of your hard work, but can happen more quickly if you are pointed in that direction right from the beginning. Remember that as you upgrade, so does your compensation increase.
Network marketing is a very simple business that can have very big rewards and hinges on great training.
Your goal is to work with people that:

- are eager to learn
- ask for help
- excited about the business
- make a commitment and use the product
- set goals
- are fun to be with
- never see the glass as half empty
